During your 30-Minute Discovery Coffee Chat, we'll discuss your HoneyBook needs and how I can help you reach your business goals!

Sign, Pay & Book Your Strategy Seesion

Once you sign our contract and make your initial payment, you'll choose the best date/time for Smart File Strategy Session!

Get Started!

After our Smart File Strategy Session, I'll get to work designing the Smart Files we discussed. You'll receive updates along the way and be asked to review and approve throughout the process.

Follow Up Support

After your Smart Files have been designed, approved, & we've had our Offboarding Training Session, your 7-Day Follow-Up Support will start so you have access to ask questions or get clarification as you're using your New Smart Files!

HoneyBook Smart File Design

Strategically plan and design your Smart Files by a HoneyBook Pro!

With this service, we'll work together to implement the NEWEST HoneyBook Feature to help you streamline your business even more!

We'll meet to discuss your individual needs for your Smart File designs and identify how many Smart Files are needed to support you and your clients. You'll then choose 1-2 Smart File Template Designs you like and I'll customize them with your branding and implement the features needed to support the Smart File.

The Sweetly Simplified Smart File Design includes:

  • 1.5 Hour Strategy Session via Zoom to discuss your individual needs for your Smart File designs and identify how many Smart Files are needed to support you and your clients.
     

  • 1 - Customized Smart File Template to best suit your business needs* - You choose 1-2 Smart File Template Designs and I'll take it from there to design and customize it for your individual needs.
     

  • 1 Hour Review & Training Session via Zoom to go over your NEW Smart File and show you how to customize it, as needed. This session is recorded and will be emailed to you for future reference.
     

  • Automation Update - I will update your Automation as needed to include your new Smart File(s)!
     

  • 7 Days of Follow-Up Support after our Review Session to support you while you implement and start using your Smart File(s) regularly.
